Half-Lining Wafer Butterfly Valve

Introduction

Half-lining butterfly valve refers to the butterfly valve is not lined with PTFE, and the butterfly valve is connected to the valve body with PTFE lined.

Features

PTFE-lining butterfly valve is suitable for many special areas such as strong acid, alkali strong corrosive environment, petroleum, chemicals, food, etc.

Anti-corrosion resistance performance can be reached when PTFE is lined between valve body and valve disc.

Sealing Features

Valve stem sealing, not only has the sealing between the upper and lower disc and the seat (the first seal), but also uses a disc spring preload design and valve plate inlaid O-ring seal (second seal). Through the butterfly valve axial pressure, valve plate and valve seat sealing is more tight, at the same time second O-ring is squeezed to have third time sealing.

Self-lubricating bearing is available in the valve stem hole position ,which plays a role in axial positioning and stable rotation.

For PTFE-lining butterfly valve, layer thickness can reach 3 〜5MM which can withstand 12 〜20KV EDM (caliber and otherfactors), material optional PTFE / FEP/ PFA and so on.
